水对路基路面有什么影响?

1,路基土受水的影响很大,首先路基土在压实成型过程中是在佳含水率条件下压实的,以达到高的压实度,得到相应的强度,路基进水以后含水率发生变化,自然会影响路基的工作状态。其次,土的抗剪强度主要由内摩擦力与粘聚力组成,当路基进水,二者均会减小,造成抗剪强度不足。再次,作为路面设计中一个重要参数的路基顶面回弹模量与路基土含水率有很强的关系,进水后回弹模量减小,会造成设计的路面厚度偏小,造成路面损坏。后,在一些地区,还会存在干湿循环现象,这样会造成强度的大大降低,实验室模拟条件下,一次干湿循环后,回弹模量会降低一半甚至更多。

Thirdly, as an important parameter in pavement design, the modulus of resilience at the top of the subgrade has a strong relationship with the moisture content of the subgrade soil. When the modulus of resilience decreases after water intake, the thickness of the designed pavement will be smaller and the pavement will be damaged. Finally, in some areas, there will be wet-dry cycle phenomenon, which will lead to a significant reduction in strength. Under laboratory simulation conditions, after a wet-dry cycle, the modulus of resilience will be reduced by half or more.
2,对于混凝土路面,由于我国前期经济原因,普遍采用半刚性基层,水分进入半刚性基层后,在行车荷载作用下,不断冲刷,会造成板底脱空,后产生板面破断裂之类问题。
